I don’t know about their Geneva flights, but on the AmsterdamLondon route so far I have been able to get THEIR published lowest fare with OTHER airlines (British Midland and KLM), twice on Friday night – Monday return, once on Thursday night – Sunday return. Great result of competition! Sjoerd

Mark – Easy Jet are a good company : They’ve been around for a few years and are very similar to how SouthWest in the US run. You cannot book seats and board by the sequential number given out when you check in.  When you board, you pick your own seats. I cannot comment on their reliability as I’ve not flown with them for a while as I now live in the US but I’ve not heard people rubish them. I flew London Luton to Edingburgh a few times. Also Liverpool airport is not that busy either. The service you get on the flight may not include food (This is how they keep prices down) and I cannot say if they they sell food on the flight – check with them first. If you’ve flown WestJet, it won’t be much different

If it suits you, Ryanair is also o.k. (flew Ryanair but not Easyjet) Just make sure you’re not on any tight connections on any flights.

Hi, I have flown easyJet a couple of times and also booked my parents to Geneva/Zurich from Luton after having a good experience with them. I would definitely recommend it. It functions like a normal no-fuss scheduled airline and was punctual whenever we used it. Being a cheap airline means that there is no food served (with such short-n-cheap flights that is not a big problem), but there is a trolly service selling drinks/snacks. Hi, I booked earlier this year my parents on easyJet London-Geneva and Zurich-London flights, the total price for both of them (return) was about 165 Pounds (they were flexible with dates). In Aug98 I had booked the same journey for me and my wife with SwissAir and paid about 162 Pounds per person.
