Go yto Bundaberg at the southern tip of the great barrier reef in Queensland. Fruit and vegie ppicking prettyt much year round. If you are keen on awy-from-it-all type places then Kunanurra in Western Australia also has year round work due to the climate. Mango season is big from October through December but it is very hot. Also melons, cotton trials. I know a lot of backpackers go there for work. Basically most places have work of some sort during the summer months. Thats when the best fruit is in production!!
