Question:

Where are u travelling to Nordkapp from. I went there 3 years ago using interrail, although the trains only half to 3/4 way up. It’s still 50% cheaper on buses as well with a card. If you’re bussing to the Narvik youth hostel its the south side of town, a big Yellow building. Get the driver to stop saves the 1.5km walk down the hill. Nordkapp is great, midnight sun was tops – I’m jelous. good luck. If you need any more tips I’ve written my survival guide to getting there in the Oslo station Interrail book ! Oslo in summer is also mostly nice, with, I would guess, an average around 20C. Almost every day is somewhere between 15 and 25. > And, can u tell me the average temp in Nordkapp or the > towns to the north of the Arctic circle in July? > Something like +5 to +10C, mist and showers are usual.

The average summer temperature in the northern towns in Norway is definitely higher than 5 or 10C. 5 degrees on a summer day is very low, and definitely not average. Many nice days in Troms
